This question came from our site for developers and researchers interested in open data.

Thanks for the question, but this is not the place for general science questions. Is there an open data question you are asking? General science questions can be asked at another Stack Exchange at area51.stackexchange.com/categories/7 –  Jeanne Holm Nov 2 '13 at 21:21
