The genotoxic scoring is an estimator of genotoxic potency whose values range from 100 to -100. What is the interpretation of those different positive and negative values? (for instance ethanol Sa= -27.7, triaziquinone Sa= 49.67)

also as far as i understand, it is based on other potency estimators that are the least effective dose and the highest effective dose, but what is the exact relation of those two with the genotoxic scoring? and which are the advantages that g. scoring provides compared to other potency estimators?
