I'm designing an experiment that will require many gas samples taken from sealed pipes with a 1" (2.54 cm) diameter. I have been searching for large septums but have had no luck in finding a size this large.

Another option I have thought of is using a rubber stopper with a hole and sealing the hole in a way that gas samples can be taken through.

Thanks for looking.

plumb it to a smaller diameter and add a septum to that? –  gremau Jan 7 at 23:56
