I'm trying to clone a specific AFLP marker out of Medicago truncatula. I know the selective bases I need for the end of the primers. My problem is that all the AFLP cloning kits I have found are intended for whole genome AFLP mapping. Since I only need to find one marker, is there a cheaper and easier way to get only one?
