That's like asking which ethnic group has the more calcium. Perhaps you mean Vitamin D, which is synthesised in human skin exposed to sunlight. That process is influenced by the degree of one's skin pigmentation. –  CircleSquared Feb 24 at 4:53

It depends on how much they eat.

Humans don't make their own vitamin C, which is why scurvy is a problem to begin with.
