Welcome to Biology, while we allow book recommendations under certain restrictions, this one is just too broad. – Mad Scientist Jun 14 '12 at 10:06

But while we're here: if there were one cancer biology textbook to rule them all, that'd most likely be The Biology of Cancer by Dr. Weinberg. – Steve Lianoglou Jun 14 '12 at 14:30
We used to collaborate with Weinberg at my former company. He is a fascinating guy, incredibly intelligent, and his text is definitely considered canonical. – MattDMo Dec 1 '12 at 22:18
