I have found a group that creates free videos that show life within (or outside) a cell as it really is, at the near molecular level. They use real protein structures with in-molecule dynamics (proteins are not rigid at all) plus Brownian motion. Of course, it's very expensive computationally, so they made only a precious dozen different videos over the years. An overview is here:

Now, I would like to know if there are more people trying to do this in a professional way, and publishing results for free. Can you please share your link here?

I think that you shouldn't be allowed to decide a question you apparently have no idea about. If there are so many such videos, just name one. – rwst Aug 23 '12 at 9:42
@rwst: you can always vote for reopening (maybe after improving the question?), and if other people think this question is on topic it will be reopened. That said, "list questions" are generally frowned upon on SO, although I agree that yours is quite specific... – nico Aug 23 '12 at 10:08
