I have found a group that creates free videos that show life within (or outside) a cell as it really is, at the near molecular level. They use real protein structures with in-molecule dynamics (proteins are not rigid at all) plus Brownian motion. Of course, it's very expensive computationally, so they made only a precious dozen different videos over the years. An overview is here:
