Recently I bought a box of really old trading card game and unfortunately it has been soaked some time ago in the past. Some of the packages were fully damaged and the cards where covered with black mold like dust. Could someone tell the exact species? Could it be harmful?

Well, without a picture it's hard to tell. Could it be harmful? It could be depending on the species, but black or brackish is a pretty common color for mold. You might also try on gardening.SE to see if they might know. – MCM Jan 5 at 18:07
