There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Hello, and welcome to the site. As written, your question is a little narrow. Could you try to expand with the rationale for your question? Do you require a book, or would an answer with the model you seek be acceptable? –  kmm May 6 '13 at 15:01

Hello! As I already read there are two model of CE: Ogston's model and reptation model, right? Now I'm searching some mathematical explanation of these models. –  ManFromSiberia May 7 '13 at 5:05

Maybe change the question to ask the difference between those models, if that's really what you are interested in knowing. –  kmm May 7 '13 at 11:58

One of them is right for large sized DNA molecules and the other is for small sized DNA molecules - that's the difference, not? –  ManFromSiberia May 7 '13 at 17:15
