comment What are some difficulties animals had to overcome to reproduce on land?
Are you thinking of vertebrates specifically? Or animals more generally (including insects, mollusks, etc.)?

comment What triggers the formation of biofilm?
Your third sentence, wherein you say you understand how biofilms form contradicts your 1st and 5th sentences wherein you ask how it forms. Can you edit your question to be less vague, provide sufficient background, and generally clarify what you don't understand.

@JeremyKemball Only milk and hairs make them mammals. Warm-blooded and live birth are present outside of mammals.

comment What proportion of salt in water would make it not dehydrate nor hydrate someone?
You are looking for physiological saline which is isotonic to most tissues. It is about 0.9% w/v, which equates to ~9g NaCl per liter water.

comment Why do mammalian red blood cells lack a nucleus?
The relationship between carrying more oxygen per cell and surface area does not follow logically to me. Enucleation will lead to increased surface area per unit volume, which will relatively increase the area for transport across the membrane. But aside from increasing Hb content or concentration, that won't lead to more oxygen carrying capacity.

comment When writing about past research should I use the species name they employed or the modern version?
I've also seen cases like this written as "Campylobacter [Vibrio] fetus". Or just use the revised genus and ignore the old name.

comment Which (naturally selected) evolutionary process led to the development of egg-laying?
Can you edit your question to to be less about the chicken-egg problem and more specifically about the evolution of egg laying? In what group of animals are you wondering about? The answer for most will be "they inherited it from their ancestors".
