comment Is it possible to calculate the energy required to speak a word?
It may be more useful to consider the total amount of sound required to convey information. It has always seemed to me that Italian is particularly profligate. Example chosen at random: bread maker (English, 3 syllables); macchina per il pane (Italian, 7 syllables). But, of course, this isn't really a biology question.

comment Knowledge about Organelles
E. coli, as a prokaryote, doesn't have mitochondria. It maybe better to think in terms of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast).

Great answer, but my impression was that the question was about some sort of nanosynthesis.

comment Manufacturing of Bio Molecules
If that is meant to be sucrose, that isn't the simplest sugar. Technically I think it would be glyceraldehyde (C3) which makes the task a little easier. If you want a cyclic molecule maybe ribose, C5.

comment What is the protein used in retrotransposon in human?
@Mike Taylor - agreed. The WP page on retrotransposons confirms that some of these encode a reverse transcriptase. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrotransposon#cite_note-4

comment Is there sugar secreted into blood even after complete digestions in healthy humans? What about dogs?
Insulin controls the uptake of glucose from the blood by various tissues, e.g. adipose tissue. So in type I diabetes (in humans) the lack of insulin results in elevated blood sugar because the tissues aren't able to take it up as effectively (i.e. consume it). I seem to recall that canine diabetes doesn't parallel human diabetes exactly, but don't remember the details. Since dogs are carnivores I assume that they normally rely heavily on gluconeogenesis. It doesn't seem logical to me to feed a dog on a high GI food, especially if it is diabetic, but I really don't have any specific knowledge.
