Is DNA mutation locally energetically stabilizing the DNA molecule I am a physicist: thermodynamics entropy is a macroscopic parameter (as T) which is only defined for systems made of a large number of particles like a gas. There is no thermodynamics for a single molecule...You just have QM, energy and momemtum conservation for a single molecule. |
