There are different factors that cause the blood to clot at the point of injury. By outside, i mean in a tube. When blood is taken in a tube, after some time it clots. Why does this happen because there is no mechanism outside the body to control it. Let me edit my question

no, epithelial tissues are avascular @Skippy-psI'mawoman. A few exceptions are vascular. I want to know what are these exceptions.

I understood from your explanation that type 1 is inherited but the defective gene is on autosome not on sex chromosome. But didn't understand what you said about type 2. Does the same explanation goes for type 2?
