comment Efficiency of plasmid DNA isolation from frozen E. coli cell cultures
Thanks Chris. I tried it with 25ml cultures and I got great yields! I did not run them on a gel to check the quality of the DNA, but the sequencing results looked good!

Well I think that jarlemag's answer is pretty good and important for the community. Too bad that others can't post other sources if they stumble upon them. I actually disagree that the answer will be opinion-based, as I would expect people to provide resources, not what they would consider to be "fun or important". If you have any suggestions how to change my question to reflect this, let me know.

That's cool! Yeah, that's what I am talking about. And this is not just for me, but for the community. So whatever I don't find interesting, I am sure others will :) Your 'BioNumbers" link is not working.

I can actually help you with that! Steve Artandi (Stanford University) is working on telomeres. You might be able to talk to one of his students... Email me at gvandova@stanford.edu if you are interested.

No I am not but I know the principle. You should just read this paper and try see whether you believe the interpretation of their data. Also just wait to see what other people might say about that.
