I'm a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, with a Master's in Physics from the University of Exeter.

We're currently attempting to model the propagation of point mutations in tumours with a view to studying the response of genetic variance to selection pressures numerically. At some point, we may extend the model to include internal stresses, viscoelastic response, diffusion of growth factor, and various other complications.

I'm also interested in related fields like non-equilibrium statistical physics and biophysics, and have a broader interest in condensed matter physics.
