Tubing connector identification request Thanks, but I don't believe these are Luer fittings - as I understand it they are some type of compression fitting, you can push the teflon tubing through to the desired length, then screw tighten the fitting to seal it in place. |

How to prevent protein precipitation? Is there a standard technique to get around this? I guess I could dilute a bunch, adjust pH then reconcentrate? Or would I be better off just looking for another labeling chemistry? |

How to prevent protein precipitation? Thanks - literature says pI can range between 7.1 and 7.4, so this is probably the issue. |

Is there are evolutionary explanation for why humans and primates are ticklish? How might it have evolved? I have heard that rats are also ticklish, so apparently it is not limited to primates. |
