Sebastian is a PhD student at Michigan State University and is currently developing a novel drug screening software in the Protein Structural Analysis lab.
In his free time, he loves to writes applications that are useful for his research, and he loves to share those with other computational biologists in hope to help them with their research. Michigan winters can be long and cold, and thus he also recently became a book author: Heat Maps in R How-To.
