Medical student in the United Kingdom, having previously studied Biology at A-Level. I spend a good deal of my time volunteering with St John Ambulance, which I find fantastically rewarding and when I'm not writing essays I'm handling flags here on Bio.SE.

Loud noises are something that infants of any age certainly are not fond of?

comment Cause of secondary symptoms of common cold
The shoulder pain is likely to be referred along the phrenic nerve from your diaphragm as a result of it becoming fatigued during extended periods of coughing rather than a cellular cause

Without first finding a documented precedent for this affecting other people your question isn't really answerable

comment What does irregular heartbeat mean in simple language?
There are still a number of issues remaining. Could you clarify what you mean by "too high T waves"? The only T wave related arrhythmia I'm aware of is T wave alternans, which certainly isn't benign. White coat syndrome might be expected to raise a persons blood pressure (partially through a rate increase) but I don't think it causes paroxysmal arrhythmias.

There are a number of inaccuracies within this answer - statins are not prescribed for the control of arrhythmias for example
