Medical student in the United Kingdom, having previously studied Biology at A-Level. I spend a good deal of my time volunteering with St John Ambulance, which I find fantastically rewarding and when I'm not writing essays I'm handling flags here on Bio.SE.

As I recall hypoglycaemia leads to a sympathetic response that can promote fight/flight behaviour.

There are still a number of issues remaining. Could you clarify what you mean by "too high T waves"? The only T wave related arrhythmia I'm aware of is T wave alternans, which certainly isn't benign. White coat syndrome might be expected to raise a persons blood pressure (partially through a rate increase) but I don't think it causes paroxysmal arrhythmias.

There are a number of inaccuracies within this answer - statins are not prescribed for the control of arrhythmias for example

Viruses tend to have tropisms towards one cell type or another dependant on receptor expression. TB and HIV both affect cells of the immune system (TB by proliferating inside of macrophages) which is the mechanism behind their secondary infection link. Babies tend to be more vulnerable in the window where they are not protected by maternal IgG but haven't had time to synthesise their own yet. However, there's no real reason for someone on effective HAART to be taking prophylactic antibiotics whilst living with HIV.

comment What is the best time to exercise
Your post could still do with references for it's points, particularly: "Short-term exercise can work sometimes as prophylactics for allergic symptoms". HIV treatment is also not by immunosuppresant drugs (this is what you are trying to avoid). There has been some very limited research into trialling immune suppression but clinically it's treated with HAART - antivirals not immune suppressors.
