comment What could cause hairs to gray at the tips but not the roots?
I think this is not the best answer here to the question. Chris covers the topic better, I think, since he mentions H2O2 mediated oxidative stress, and ROS, too. All answers could cover Genetics more clearly. Nevertheless, I like the mentioning of Bcl2 here.

@Chris. Yes to first question. Please, open me on this topic. There may be other antibiotics in the case. There may also be cases that such antibiotics cause immunosuppression in some patients - this is what I am studying now. I am just not understanding the mechanism.

comment What is the mechanism of reflex arcs?
Please, see reflex arcs in the books Pocock et al. and Costanzo et al. Review Guyton if necessary. Very well written. Susan coverers only some arches. Would like to see some of your work to answer this question.

comment What are the risk factors of elevating legs for too regularly and when tired?
Thank you for your answer! You can also include other possible effects. Just separate the body by "---" for clarity. I am very interested in about long-term effects because, sometimes, I hold my legs elevated more than a couple of hours - which you can feel then afterwards. I think it is a different feeling than holding for short-time. I must verify this again. Assume you do this just before you go to sleep i.e. when your blood pressure is low, effect on baroreceptors low and also on smooth musculature.
