Nov 3 '13 at 15:18 comment added Alan Boyd Just out of interest - how could it ever be shown that the carcinogens in cigarette smoke caused a specific case of cancer? My feeling is that this is impossible, and that the chain of potential causation from smoking>carcinogens>increased risk of lung cancer is as good as we can get.
