May 10, 2016 at 11:12 comment added Joce I think the reason why the literature contain these contradictions is that all these phenomena do happen, but in most conditions the dynamics is strongly dominated by the plus-end dynamics (growth and catastrophies), leading most research to disregard minus ends completely.
