As Nucleolar Organising region On Satellite Chromosome 13, 14, 15, 21, 22 have genes for the rRNA synthesis ( 5.8 S, 18S, 28S) in human, so my question has two parts-

1 Does one NOR region ( for example if we take chromosome 13 only is sufficient for all the respective rRNA which are synthesized in Nucleolus or it requires gene for other chromosomes like 14 ,15, 21 and 22 for formation of a nucleolus complete synthesis of all rRNA

2 If NOR region on one chromosome for example 13 is sufficient to form whole nucleolus does that humans can have a maximum 10 number of nucleolus as we are diploid, so 2 copies of every chromosome in one cell
