Usually, normal plant only need carbon dioxide and release the oxygen to produce sugars. In some articles, they said that sansevieria trifasciata sequester the pollution to its root or just keep it in its body. So, why sansevieria trifasciata do that for? If there is no benefit to its metabolism.
