increase in blood pressure can actually decrease it?

bp=co*TP

and cardiac output (co) decreases when after load increases, because with the increase of the after load, stroke volume decreases.

finally, high blood pressure increases after load. So, with the increase in blood pressure, the blood pressure can decrease afterwards?

another question. Cholesterol plaque can increase after load. So, cholesterol plaque will decrease blood pressure?

i'm quite confuse here, because this doesnt seem to be truth, regardless of the math..
