My friend sent me a video of this worm and she has been seeing some pop up where she lives. It moves like a worm, but I havent seen a worm like this before, she thinks it could be a Caterpillar.

$\begingroup$ caterpillars always have legs. worms always slither. best take a photo rather than a video. $\endgroup$ – com.prehensible Aug 28 at 17:29

$\begingroup$ Welcome to Biology.SE! For identification questions please edit your post to: 1) include the location (e.g. country and region — the more specific the better), and 2) an estimate of the size of the creature. The location and size can be essential clues for identification. ——— If possible a clear, closeup photo would also be helpful. ——— Please also take the time to take the tour and then the help pages starting with How to Ask questions effectively on this site. Thanks! 😊 $\endgroup$ – tyersome Aug 28 at 19:31
