Are there any neurotoxins or substances like them which do imbalance to hormones like serotonin, dopamine, etc. and/or damage existing neural cells on a large scale and for a long term, cause mental disorders AND which can't be easily detected if mixed with foods, which we commonly eat in breakfast, lunch or dinner?

I searched and found that mercury, Arsenic, and a good list of neurotoxins at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurotoxin could be recognized by their taste, smell or colour

So, I want to know if there are any neurotoxic substances, which are having NO colour, smell and taste. (Satisfying all three at the same)
