I’ve read about horvath clock, and the new theory of aging. One that describes DNA methylation as the upstream root for all age related symptoms.

I want to read more, and understand this at a much deeper level.

I don’t mind if it takes me six months or a year to understand it.

Where should i start? What are the book(s) to read?

$\begingroup$ I don't believe there's a dedicated textbook describing the horvath clock and how methylation influences aging. To learn more about something so niche, you're going to have to dive into peer-reviewed literature regarding the process. Try searching PubMed for "horvath clock" and start by reading reviews on the subject. There's a checkbox on the left-hand side of the screen that filters results for just reviews. I've queried it and 7 reviews show up. All of these are going to have many citations, so if you're curious about $\endgroup$ – Robert Link Jan 30 at 14:16
