An acquaintance provided me with [this article](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15321723)<sup>1</sup>. I can't understand for sure what it is about. My acquaintance said that it proves that time for generation of even the simplest proteins is on a larger timescale than evolution history (billions of years). I'm asking you, is that true?
