As far as ddPCR my guess is that this list might be better as it’s not particularly Bioinformatics, but you’d be expected to research the topic first. Don’t worry too much, if people think you have posted to the wrong list the Moderators can move or help you move your question.

Sep 9, 2021 at 10:40 comment added ilam engl @MaximilianPress no I have been reading about the pipeline of the Vertebrate Genome Project. They have been using 10X genomics' linked-reads. I wonder how the pipeline might change in the future. rockefeller.edu/research/vertebrate-genomes-project/… I thought someone might know. Or immediately point out a reason why it might have become obsolete given other technologies on the market.
