I think that the dysfunction of valves can occur earlier in the cascade of TNF-$\alpha$ than the dysfunction of coronary vessels because the hypovolemia leads to the occlusion of the vessels in the late stages. It would be great to understand the pathway differences of Tumor necrosis signalling between the valves and the vessels. | |
