Can human brain memory be removed by EMP?
For instance it can be used on the visual cortex to cause temporary blindness (actually, can cause a condition called blindsight: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2234142/)
As for memory though … , TMS does not seem to be able to cause permanent memory loss (in fact, there is research indicating that it may be able to boost memory). …
