I am using pymol
to visualise the secondary structure of protein using its cartoon
representation. The pdb
file comes from a simulation, which contains multiple frames. After loading the pdb
, its secondary structure (e.g. sheet, helix) could not been recognised. Surprisingly, if only one frame is kept, its secondary structure could be seen. So how to enable secondary structure recognition for a pdb
file with multiple frames?
